The Israeli Mossad set up a Front Company called “Urban Moving Systems” this is where they prepared the bombs to be planted in WTC 1 – 2 – 7, prior to the Terrorist Attack taking place, Larry Silverstein ordered a “Power Down” of the three sites and they sent all staff home giving the excuse they were putting in a New Security System.
These charges plus detonators had been prepared at the premises of the Urban Moving Systems Company, a Mossad front.
During this weekend these prepared charges were loaded into vans, driven into the basement of WTC next to the elevator shaft, unloaded into the elevator, and lifted onto the roof of the elevator through the opening in the elevator ceiling.

The site was immediately controversial because it was part of the trade center, which had already been the location of a truck bomb attack in 1993. The OEM crisis center in WTC 7 is suspected by conspiracy theorists as being the control center for "the pre-planned demolition of the towers".
