The complete series focuses on rare and unusual cases, most of them, that really did happen. Purely for educational purposes I recommend the entire series.
Covers obscure subjects as Telekinesis, Fiji Mermaid, Jersey Devil, Abduction scenarios, ghosts that murder, reincarnation etc..

I also however do respect the Creator Chris Carter who has gone to extreme lengths to research the material he presents as accurately per the Stories went. Re-creating scenarios extremely accurately.

Japanese Manga - Sci Fi Anime at its utmost finest.
23. Firefly - Series
The underdogs, smugglers against the Empire, snooping behind security, sabotaging the Empire, when 21st Century FOX caught wind of the message Joss Whedon was sending with this series, they immediately canned it after one season and deliberately sabotaged the airing release dates in the US showing them weekly in random order as to confuse the story.
Despite that, Firefly fans are still very much devoted to it.
